Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’m a Firestone customer in Oklahoma City. Traveling to see my ailing mother in Fort Collins Colorado. The technicians could not have been nicer. They fit me in on a really busy Sunday morning. Took care of it. The best. Didn’t want to drive home unless the tires were safe. Highly recommend

Hunter was professional, polite, and accommodating. He was able to get me squeezed into a last minute appointment to make my Jeep roadworthy again. Great service, competitive prices, and 7 days/week availability. Amazing experience!

This place has been wonderful. On memorial day , of all days, I was stranded and had to get a tow for a flat and my car died all at the same time. Brandon was extremely reassuring and I'm so very thankful they were open and willing to help me. They got me taken care of quickly and hoping to be back on the road soon as they finish with the last part. Brandon and his service technician really need a raise. Brandon's compassion and his readiness to get to the bottom of the issue AND fix it fast, is something lacking in a lot of places these days. I am truly grateful, thank you Brandon and everyone who helped me!

I was absolutely grateful for Brandon’s amazing customer service today. I live in Parker and I handle all the car stuff for my daughter who lives in Ft Collins and I could not get out there to help her. However, I explained to Brandon the situation and he got us into the perfect tire and had everything ready for my daughter when they arrived to have the service completed. He was very patient with me while I got more info about the size and such. He absolutely went above and beyond in helping my daughter. Thank you Brandon 😊

I brought my car in for an oil change, courtesy inspection, and new tires, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Curtis, the technician, was efficient, skilled, and transparent in his work. Brandon, who oversaw everything, was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me consistently updated throughout the process. I especially appreciated how he took the time to clearly explain my tire options without any pressure to upsell. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this team to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future needs.
